Shipping costs

For orders over 50 € we offer free shipping within Germany.

For goods up to a value of €49.99 the shipping costs are:

Shipping within Germany: 5.90 €

Shipping within the EU: 5.90 €

Shipping worldwide: 5.90 €

 

International shipping

For cross-border deliveries outside the European Community (e.g. to Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred - depending on the legal regulations in force there - such as additional taxes and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties. These costs are not additional shipping costs, so you must bear them. Please contact the relevant customs authorities in the country receiving the delivery before placing an order abroad.

 

Delivery

We deliver with a transport company of our choice to Germany, within the EU and to non-EU countries.

If you pay in advance, delivery will take place within 2-6 working days (Germany) or 3-10 working days (EU) after your payment order has been sent to the transferring bank.

When using other payment methods, delivery will take place within 2-8 days (Germany) or 2-10 days (EU) after conclusion of the contract.”

The delivery time abroad is 6-14 days regardless of the payment method.
